Dr. Amy Hallal Henderson Joins PMC Urgent Care Team

PMC Urgent Care welcomes prominent local physician, Dr. Amy Hallal Henderson to its team of medical professionals. Dr. Henderson will be on staff at the new PMC Urgent Care located at 2108 State Street in the heart of New Albany.

An Indiana native, Dr. Henderson graduated from: Holy Family Catholic School, Our Lady of Providence High School where she was valedictorian, Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with honors and distinction, and Indiana University School of Medicine where she received the Alpha Omega Alpha Award for being in the top 10% of her Medical School Class.

She trained in Family Medicine at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. For the past eighteen years, Dr. Henderson has worked in Urgent Care and Primary Care with her father, Dr. Eli Hallal. She enjoys providing medical care for all ages, from birth through the senior years. As a Certified Medical Consultant in Natural Family Planning and Natural Procreative Technology from the Pope Paul VI Institute, she is passionate about all aspects of family health. Dr. Henderson lives in New Albany with her husband Keith Henderson and their two children.
